Thanks for posting that pic Bere4421.

Hmmmmmm, I'm not convinced by the red hands on the blue dial version. :? I like the black subdials on the blue, but the hands just look a little of place. My least favourite of the 3 variants. White is still the nicest IMHO.

Beautiful. A bit more water resitance would be good on a dive watch, but this is likely to be my next Breitling. Not for a few years though, maybe a present for myself when I get my degree!

If only the hands are that disturbs you they can be easily changed e. g. for white ones. I've completed a few missions of this kind (Breitling, IWC, Certina, Sinn, etc.) and this bought me peace of mind. I understand though that within this price range any upgrading is awkward. IMHO the blue/black is still the 7 no-trump won, regarding color combo.

So, if this is the UK pricing, and the pricing for the US is going to be slightly different, can anyone tell me what the pricing for the US will be before any type of deals/discounts?

Mah reported being quoted $5,200, with no discount available. Haven't seen any other reports from US members here.

Hi guyz,

Sorry to bring this post up again but business is doing really well ath moment and I seem to be getting an itch! :D

I've not really been on the source to much lately but has anyone bought one yet or having any prices, pics etc? I love the white face and although I tried one on the last time I was away it was the black face and didn't really catch my eye!

Any thoughts welcome.

Cheers

I've only seen the black one as well and tried it on - not quite right for me. Don't recall the price - and likely not comparable with UK anyway. I did like it, and would have liked to see the white version, but not sure that I am in the market for one right now.

I just picked up PBatemans Blue dial SOHC LE on OR without ever having seen it in person (pics only), or tried it on for that matter. Price was right, seller is a cool guy  and I had some cash to "invest" .... Now for FedEx to deliver on time :D

EDIT: Got the watch...its awesome...Wow the Blue dial is really cool; nothing like the stock photos Breitling had published :D

Only seen the stock photos too but I'm delighted with mine and the bracelet hasn't been on since I put the Ocean Racer on it about an hour after delivery!! :D

Got my e-mail notification from Breitling today (I assume others did) and there's also a blue one - 'Gun Blue' with black subs, so three colours, 1,000 of each.

Roff- did you need to register with Breitling website to get these email notifications?

Thanks

I'm getting mine on Friday (Can't wait!) I'm going for the silver face but the blue is also very very tempting in RL.

Can't afford two at UK prices... :(

I just picked up the white(silver) dial yesterday on Ocean Racer/deployment and mesh bracelet and I love the look. I can't put my finger on why, but it looks quite "nautical" on the wrist.

One oddity however is there is no "quick set" date mechanism. Not sure why and my watches are on winders so no big deal.

I'll post pics if I ever get home when the sun is still shining.
