Hi Roff,

I have a question for you. You have said on another forum that the date of manufacture of all Breitlings is situated at 6 o'clock on the base of the case.

Those numbers are "410 984" or "410 9B4" on my B01. Can you make anything out of them? Watch was bought on December 19, 2009 at the one of the official ADs of my region.

Thanks for your answer.

Thanks guys, that's what I thought.

But what does "84" or "B4" mean?

It's B4 and it's the dial colour.

Could one assume the date on the bracelet to match that of the case? mine says 47 09 (mid Nov 2009) on the steelfish proII. have not looked between the lugs yet... will see this when i change straps:)

Not necessarily, but will likely be close unless the AD moved straps / bracelets around.

That is correct because I had mine changed from leather to croco. So, I guess the same can be done with metal bracelets.

I always thought Bx was a batch number or something.
