Hi Everyone! I recently posted in the Buy/Sell/trade forum for a particular Breitling I am looking for - I'm also interested if anyone has any "good"/"trusted" dealers they buy from the UK - Obviously being a bit of a watch novice I am ripe for exploitation and I would rather avoid that if possible! :)

I know there are lots of chains such as Goldsmiths - but when I spoke to them they didn't seem to know their product very well and were constantly on the hard sell - I just wondered if there was a "preferred" option of the forum for the UK (or EU and even US as I travel a lot for work.)

Thanks!

UKS

Bank Lyon in Lancaster are really good.

Can find them on the web, mention you're from here and they're very helpful.

As above, I've bought from Banks Lyon a couple of times and can't fault them.

Also, dependant on where you are, my local dealer, Parkhouse in Southampton are also very good.

Clifton Jewelers? That is just round the corner from me - I may go have a look!

Thanks for the advice guys! One last question - Should I expect some movement on price or is the Retail Price the actual price?

You should be looking at between 15% to 20% off based on the quotes I've had.

Just been mailing Andrew and you're right - Great deals, and really helpful.

Unlike Clifton Jewelers who I popped over to see this afternoon and they had shut early. :(
