Hello all, I am cosidering both these watches. I have a 7.775" wrist so I like the SF size, but I prefer the polished finish on the Colt. Any suggestions?

I would go with the steelfish, but I'm a bit biased because that's what I decided.......
I know there are a couple fo members here you had their steelfish polished as well.

My first was a Colt. My second was a Steelfish. Third was a Skyland. (Fourth was a Navi but that has nothing to do with my explanation :lingsrock: )

It was a very similar situation to yours. The Colt never made me happy because it was too small for my taste. The Steelfish was sized just right but I could never love it completely because I wished it was polished. Eventually I took the plunge and coughed up the extra cash for a Skyland and couldnt be happier. Moral of the story: Dont get either because you wont be completely happy...trust me. Find another model that you like everything about and get that one, even if it costs more.

You could buy the Steelfish and get it polished. I polished mine myself, but its a lot of work. Others have had theirs polished at jewellers.

Makes buying a used one even more applealing as it would end up looking better than new
