I just had is serviced a month ago...ran perfect! I had taken if off for the first time to put in my watch winder, and ever sense its run about an hour fast. I'm thinking about sending it back for service, but didn't know if there was something i could do. I've read about "magnitized" or "cross threaded" but i'm a newbie and not sure the context of those posts. Any help would be great.

Probably magneitsed at that rate.

Take it to the AD and they should be able to demagnetise in seconds (literally it takes about 2 seconds). If it still runs fast then you have a problem with the balance and it needs to go back to the service centre.

If it's magnetised you need to establish what caused it so that you can avoid it again.
