This was my watch that I sold to him. It was not lack of maintenance. It was less than a year old. I wore it probably 2 dozen times. Never saw water. Not a scratch or mark anywhere on it.

Thanks. I was away for a week so after some thought will call them tomorrow. You sold me the watch in perfect condition so it does bug me that the ding is there. Just hope it isn't gone another 90 days!!
