As most of you may know, I have been in the market for a diamond bezel for my newly arrived SA. I have been looking and searching for the last couple months while waiting for the watch. I have looked at Liori Diamonds, Olympus jewels, and Diamonds from Eden among others both on Ebay and local jewellers. I have since decided to go with Diamonds from Eden, for the pure fact that they were to only vendor i could find that made a double row bezel closer to 2 ct (i know i was originally looking for single row and disliked the double, but with the larger stones it looks quite nice)
First off, their communication is second to none, all questions were answered promptly and accurately, i had gone back and forth with them several times regarding clarity, color, cut etc... and they were very pleasent to deal with.
I placed the order through Ebay with specific instructions around our agreed specs and shipping, the following day, confirmation of email and specs were sent and item shipped the following day. Order was placed on Sunday and shippment has arrived this afternoon (Thursday) via Fedex. Bezel was well packaged and also recieved a follow up email from vendor.
They had forgotten the appriasal and advised that they had shipped this out once again with fedex (of course free of charge). Mistakes do happen, but the fact that they rectified the problem quickly is a plus in my books.
Upon opening the package, I was impressed by the quality of the diamonds and the settings. Although not factory and no aftermarket will every be to factory specs, the bezel looks absolutely amazing (pending critics).
In the end, Diamonds from Eden values their clients and I would definitely buy from them again. it was a very smooth transaction and would not hesitate to recommend.
