Hey Guys,

I have been wearing the pilot for 2 weeks and after experimenting have the perfect size - 1 link removed, spring in hole 2. The clasp is pretty much centered with equal links on each side. Anyway, while not uncomfortable, the feel of the clasp could be a little better. I read something about moving links around to create an unbalanced bracelet for better comfort. Has anyone had success with this? Which side would you suggest? I'm not an engineer, but I can see if I move a link from the 12 o'clock side to the 6 o'clock the clasp will conform with the curvature of my outer wrist. Any comments would be appreciated.

Also, don't be shy about helping yourselves to some of the under on Saints/Vikes. Enjoy Sunday.

Thanks,

KV

i find for maximum comfort it is best to have the clasp closer to the 6 o'clock, this was the inner folding parts are central and the outer clasp is slightly off central.
...so maybe moving a link to the 12 o'clock side might sort it out.

As is implied in the linked articles, the clasp is designed to be off centre with the 12 o'clock side shorter than the 6 o'clock side.

Update: I am really surprised how much better the pilot feels now! The local AD had never heard of this phenomenon, she said "the links are equal, no need to mess it up". I politely told her to stop talking and just try it. So glad I did.....

It appears the luminaries of Breitling Source know more than someone who sells these for a living.
