I don't know to be honest. Given the condition and the economy there are more of these selling at the low end. The unusual and well loved examples are holding up, but like vintage pieces, if it doesn't stand out then it isn't getting the money.

Definitely lower than I expected for TT, but I'm not sure that it's a steal - I guess ultimately the market dictates!

I agree on that to a point roff I dont think they are making what they are worth at all.But the again as you say the market decides not me.

It really depends who is buying at the moment...

I still think it was great deal for someone..

As for the watch that is the topic of this posting I think that there are a couple of problems with it.

First the serial number is missing on the case back. At least I can't see it.

Second the markers on the dial do not look correct, it's like they were added after the fact.

Ill send em all off to breitling UK together and yes I just noticed the markers but it looks a great job whoever addes them if they have been added

Thanks mate It will look great when its all done I was going to chage dials but roff convinced me to keep it the same, I couldnt be positive BUK would have the same dial so hands change new dial and bezel,the rest they can do new riders a locking crown etc, Its going to be mint
