You got a VERY good deal. 50% is near impossible to come by on anything but the most unloved models (Flying B).

Good news Phill, glad you went for it! Like you say that sort of discount is completely unheard of here in the UK.

I did phone the Jewellers and ask about the other models discounted. Still undecided about one of them, although it is very, very tempting. They're 400 miles away though :shock:

400 miles it's a long journey, but if you get to save thousands on the watch that you want, its probably something to think about, specially in the UK.

I've noticed that in my warranty book the AD wrote the Serial number where the Model number should be, and the model number where the serial number should be.

Since both numbers match the watch, I asume Breitling won't have a problem with this minor error, but better to be safe than sorry.

Any thoughts on this?
