that was my thinking when it came to look for the cups BONEDOC. I would think that for my time being spent on it. It would probably have to be an order of 100 coffee mugs

Unfortunately I think even that would run into problems, because of the use of the Breitling name. The internet is still a relatively lawless frontier in terms of intellectual property, but physically producing merchandise bearing a brand name is a completely different matter and would be far less likely to be tolerated by any commercial brand.

My apologies if my original post seemed brash, but I believe I am confused. Are these items "real" or photoshopped by the OP? I thought they were real.

I know a lot of you guys wanted some logo mugs and the potential group buy idea detailed in the above posts kind of got derailed after the revelation of the legality of Breitling Source promoting such an enterprise. However, as Administration says you could do it yourself. I was just on my Photobucket account and there is an option under "Products" where you can have any of your pictures or logos or whatever transferred to a mug, greeting cards, t-shirts etc. Pretty cool IMO and the price for the mugs are just $12.99 (for a 11 oz.)

We seem to copy and paste each others banners into our signatures all the time. What if someone happened to come up with a really neat logo idea and we just happened to copy that into our individual Photobucket accounts and we just happened to have that transferred to a mug. Would that work or is there still a copyright problem?

As long as noone makes a profit, I doubt Breitling would mind. It would then NOT be commercialization of other's copyright, but fans making fan items, which happens all the time imo.
