Fear,

I would be interested to know how you determined that the diamonds in the picture are of poor quality? typically, unless diamonds are of SI-3 or I-1 or less, the inclusions are not visible to the naked eye and require a 10X magnification loop to appropriately assess the grade of a diamond.

Unless you have some super vision and within that super vision have the ability to see at 10X magnification, stating the diamonds are of poor quality is a little premature. Just my 2 cents.

REAL QUICK, WHEN I GET HOME I'LL BLOW IT UP ADN USE A POINTER, BUT LOOK AT THE STONE AT 2 OCLOCK, ITS OBVIOUS, LOOK IN EVERY PICTURE, AT EVERY ANGLE IT LOOKS NOT GOOD. BUT THATS WHAT YOU GET FOR 1K

Anything at SI-2 and better, you wont have any issues. most bezels come with VS1-SI2 clarity and around that price range dependant on cwt. that said, perhaps, he got less then what he should have. still hard to tell without seeing the diamonds in person, pictures do not do it justice... but hey, I could be wrong and it wouldnt be the first time.

diamonds overpower the finer details of the SA dial. However, it might do the trick with suits for formal affairs !!

for the sake of the debate: my vote is no diamonds

[quote="Varoom"]Hey,

i cant decide if i prefer my new Super Avenger with the diamond bezel or not....

im thinking i like it better without the diamonds...but my wife thinks it looks stunning with the diamonds.

what do you guys think?

I think that says it all, if you want your wife to wear this watch go for the diamonds. If however you yourself as a non-gangsta-type
are going to put it around your wrist it's a no brainer : DON'T DO IT !
:shock:

Cheers, its whatever makes you happy, doesnt matter what we think:)

For me, I ordered the SA with the black dial w white subdials, and the diamond add on will be a sure thing.

Its an awesome watch either way, enjoy it:)

I've decided to fit the standard bezel and keep it that way...

A diamond bezel has never really appealed to my tastes the farthest I think i could go would be some stones on the dial... like maybe a Rolex Serti dial?
