Hi All,
I just got the B.Ling just before the end of Nov. so as you all know we had to re-set the time and date,
well I guess I didn't go far enough for the date changes at 12 noon.
Will it hurt to wind the watch backwards to make up the time for tonight.
Watch is a Colt Automatic.

Thanks for any help,
Phil......... :P

You can wind time backwards outside of the 8pm - 3am window. Inside that window you run a risk of breaking it.

So if you need to go back 12 hours then do it between the real world time of 3am and 7am (which the watch will think is 3pm - 7pm) and therefore the complete movement will be outside of the 'danger zone'.

It is probably easier to just wind the quickset date forward to yesterday's date and then wind time forward. That way you just have to be sure to be outside of the 8pm - 3am window - which is 8am - 3pm on your watch at the moment allowing for the 12 hour error.
