Hi,

I love the new black eye blue dial especially with the ocean racer strap.
I thought it only came in the cronomatic B01 but was browsing the Breitling site and I came across the
black eye blue dial in the Chronmat, if you click on versions it will pop up, you won't see it in the configurator as its only new.

The B01 is 43.50 diameter
Chronomat 43.70 diameter


Fiancé buying in March and this would be my first ling, want to make sure it’s the right one.

Chronomat would be cheaper and the bezel is nice on the chronomat.
B01 is nice also but would it be too blingy, watch will be worn for work and play.

I have a pic of the 2 together but I cant attach it for some strange reason, maybe I could e-mail the photo to someone for them to load it on this thread.

Do you like the new dial in the chronomat or do you prefer it in the B01 ?

I'm not a big fan of the B01 so I guess I'm somewhat biased. I would have to say I fancy it in the original Chronomat.

Yeah the B01 has been discussed at great length and while there are more fans here now than when it originally came out it's still a polarising watch. The black / blue combination of the regular (sorry, can't call it original - that was 1942) chronomat looks very nice and that would be my choice because I just don't like the B01 and think it will become dated.

OMG, just seen the Black Eye Blue Dial in the Blackbird and I'm liking it alot...

Go to www.breitling.com and click in Windrider then click on Blackbird and then Versions. Do you think its nice?
