Hi All,

I have had my B.Ling Colt Auto for a week now and I checked it by the Atomic Clock
and it was 1 minute fast, should I reset it or leave it alone?

Thanks,
Phil.........

Based on COSC specifications, your Breitling is supposed to operate between -4 to +6 seconds per day making your 1 minute per week obviously outside those specifications.

New watches I have been told can take a little time to adjust so, assuming your Colt Auto is new, I'd give it another few weeks to see if it settles. If it is still running fast at that time then I recommend taking it to your AD to get regulated.

My watch ran about 10 seconds per day fast when I first acquied it and after a few months I took it to get adjusted. Now it runs perfectly within specs.

Good luck and check the FAQ section if you want a deeper understanding of COSC specs referred to above.

You've very welcome Phil. This is a very friendly and knowledgeable site with loads of information on Breitlings and watches in general; most of what I have learnt I can attribute to the fine people that spend their time here.

Congratulations on your new Breitling and welcome aboard officially :D
