Alex, I agree with Roff. I just picked up the black dial version (pictured in Gallery yesterday) and I think yours looks even better - particularly on the mesh. When I was at the AD they showed me pics of your version that made the dial look white - not cream - and the AD confirmed it as white. I think the cream looks absolutely spectacular! I'd be willing to wear that one on my left wrist while wearing the black on the right!
Congrats on a phenomenal impulse buy!

cheers mate, i saw your pics and it looks very nice indeed i had the benefit of seeing both side by side when i made my choice and although i really like the black dial the cream spoke to me a bit more.

ill try and post my big pics and if you look at the white at the back of the date wheel vs the dial colour you will get a feel for how truly creamy it is.

were you surprised at how heavy it is?

Thanks Alex! I actually only had a SOHC to look at when I selected mine (and the whopping 2 pictures of this watch on the internet). It was not until after I placed the order, that I got to look at an actual Ltd Ed (black) at another AD

Nice. The cream is so much better a choice then stark white!

Surprised? More like stunned! My choice was between the SOHCLE and a 125th Anniversary Navi. I got plenty of touch time with the Navi at the store and it is super light! This was my first modern Breitling so I was expecting something in the same weight range as the Navi. Boy was I thrown off when I put this guy on!!! It's incredibly heavy - very very unexpected. I'm lucky that I'm in long sleeves all day and its covered up much of the time since much of the time I'm banging it into walls, chairs, desks, sinks, etc. as I get used to the weight and size. This aint no girly watch!!! ...sorry, that was sexist

I'm pretty new here on the forum, but maybe you can get us a "SOHCLE Club" logo like the Coral and Blackbird clan :wowzers :poke:

Yep, as long as it's on a bracelet. I guess mesh will count as bracelet. :)

So wait, we qualify for our own logo PLUS the Full Ling Club logo? It's like Christmas came early!! My AD didn't tell me about this added beni!!!!

Hey... you boys with the cream dial -
I never thought I would say this about a watch but...
I think your SOHCLE (cream) is better looking then the Jo Siffert Heuer

I'm sorry, I'm still kinda new... and not very bright. What actually is the Full Ling Club? ie what qualifies as a "full ling" (I'm sure there's a thread somewhere)? Also, since the "view more smiles" link is broken still, how does one auto-insert a signature with a logo?
Thanks in advance and please don't beat me up for asking dumb questions.

The Full Ling is just an internal joke, started quite a while back to friendly mess around with other members.

As a counter movement, the PCACBORC was founded to friendly mess back.

Requirements for a Full Ling is watch diameter at least 46 mm, lug width 24 mm and that the watch should be on a bracelet.

Below you'll find the smilies. Just replace the ; with : and they should work.
