I can't say enough good things about the great product that Breitling creates. But my recent experience is a little disappointing. About 10 months after I bought one, I notice that it would not manually wind. After two months I finally took it into the store and they send it back for warranty work. Five weeks later I get it back. While in the store I set the time and wind it. Nothing happens..... Absolutely nothing! This time, nothing works. Its going back again. How sad!

I guess I now get to see what kind of customer service Breitling has.........
