Though I am encouraged by Verbosive response, I am still skeptical.
Therefore I will wait until I have received TT bracelet and confirm its authentication and will let the members know of outcome.

I sincerely hope everything works out well for all the involved parties

But now that this has come up, I'm wondering about a thing or two.
In case of these private sales, if the seller pays using PayPal, is there a good sporting chance that he'd get his money back if the seller turns out to be a conman?
I know that he can prove that he'd sent the funds, but how can he prove that he didn't receive anything in return?

Up until now, I've never used PayPal outside of eBay, so I don't know if their buyer protection programme applies for non-eBay transactions or not?

Could someone please enlighten me?

I have been in dealings with him for a while on picking up a Navi Bracelet, and although his communication consistancy lacks the prompt response that alot of us usually expect ( me included), he did come through and I received the bracelet on Friday and all is well. I was expecting tracking info as well and better communication, but I believe he is dealing with some health issues and has been in/out of the hospital.
If you can be patient or are not in any rush, he has proven himself to a few of us on his word, it's just that things seem to be a little more complicated on his side at the moment.
I'd like to give him that.
I'd work with him again, as long as I know I may have to wait and be considerate of his situation.
My 2 pennies and experience with him.
