Link to the GoS watches site that I mentioned yesterday - http://www.goswatches.com/

These guys started with knives and then diversified here.

If you are interested, think about $8,000 for steel.

If your interested in a top notch sharpener spyderco makes a system that is so easy to use you won't believe it. I swear you can shave with the blade when your done! It can even repair damaged blades with ease and sharpen serrated blades. I have been using it for a long time and love it! Sorry for the long post but I love my knives! :D

Is that the Triangle Sharpmaker??
http://www.spyderco.com/catalog/details.php?product=77

That is it! Fantastic there are 4 triangle shaped stones. There are the course ones that take away nicks and what not... Then there are 2 white stones that finish the job. just spectacular. I can't say enough about this set. It is worth every penny! And in case any one is wondering I don't have any stake in the company..

 So far I only heard good things about the Sharpmaker. I'll probably get one in the near future.

You won't regret. Shoot me a message after you get one and try it. I'm curious what you think... :D

I tried it with my Cold Steel and Spyderco, very good sharpener.

Will do, but that purchase may be postponed a little. :(
I just bought a Strider knife and that drained my knife-funds quite a bit. :?

Just noticed this thread - Yup.. http://www.spydercosource.com is mine. I was trying to find a complete and useful spyderco database that would allow searching and sorting by characteristics. Spydiewiki is good, and so is Spydie.nl, but none of them really offered anything complete, so I decided to go in that direction.

I'm very much into knives and my recent Spyderco Leafstorm is a really killer knife. Spyderco gets a lot of stuff right when they design a knife, but that's not to say they didn't have their duds either ;)

I'm working on an advanced search for the Database here too. It should be very useful :)
