I made mistake I believe in the previous posting. I said the Navitimer was a D13020. Well actually like the seller said the watch is stamped on back with D13022. I looked at the warranty card at the ref# left of the serial#. The ref# is D1302012U1. I simply pulled the D13020 out of the ref#. Shouldnt the ref# start with D13022 instead of D13020 if the watch back gives the matching serial# and is gives model# D13022? Also do you believe the 18K bezel was added? I have noticed in pictures of some navitimers that are two-tone that the date window for those watches have a gold bevel around the window and all stainless watches do not. The picture on the front of the Old Navitimer manual shows the watch with a leather band. I believe I probably should buy one. What do believe my metal bracelet is worth? The seller on ebay stated he had the bracelet polished by Breitling. Well the polish work is expert indeed. I noticed that newer bracelets are stamped with their model numbers this bracelet looks to be laser etched is that correct? The case is polished also is this correct for the watch? D13020 is a perfectly valid reference number for a Japanese Special Edition. You have received confirmation that your watch is real.

Model number on watch,ref number on warranty card whats the difference? Maybe people on here arnt so nice!! I believe these watches are not worth the trouble of validation anymore. So let the Chinese fakes destroy the value of the genuine!!!!

And by the way why would a Japanese edition be sold new at Kirk Jewelers in Miami? I searched google and the only other watch(Japanese Edition) I saw was one in Toronto being advertised all over the net for sale including ebay now.

D13020 is a valid model for the watch, and the experts have confirmed that the watch is genuine.

No the back of watch is stamped with the model number D13022. But the ref# in warranty card is D1302012U1. I dont know about these things but just figured that the first six characters of the ref# also should match the model number on watch.

So the paperwork is wrong for the watch?

Not sure why, but the watch is real.

The bezel is original to the watch hence the "D" in the reference number. I'm not sure why the paperwork is wrong. Any chance you could post a picture of it?

Yes the back cover has D13022 then under that 7190.
