IMHO, it's a blown up logo - not really inspiring.

I just think it needs something of a personal touch...
Its nice though just a bit bland for my taste. :)

Like ravenloff said....needs some drama to the otherwise logo on black surface !

Add some pattern in black and grey/brown as the background ?!
