Struck gold today. I always liked the Panerai bracelet but thought it was way over priced, I mean I dont mind plopped down a K or more for a Breitling or AP ROO Breicelet, they are worth it. But the Panerai bracelet was worth maybe 600USD, MAYBE 800 at the most. But 1500? FORGET ABOUT IT!

So I stopped by a local place today to get a new G Shock as my old ones battery died (I get a new one every five years, just because they are so cheap and reliable) and this place sells Hirsh straps, Seikos, Casios, watch accessories etc. And by pure chance I see he has after market Panerai stuff which includes this 100 SS bracelet. Thought at that price I would just get it, its now on my 88 and is never coming off!! So glad I did not sell this watch last month, it is the ONLY Panerai I ever saw that looked much better on bracelet than on leather.

And since this is Breitling source, an artsy fartsy Breitling shot:

That bracelet is amazing. I tried one on awhile back at a Panerai AD by work and it felt really nice.

Looks good, but I think it could do with a bit of polishing there Altair.

A beautiful combination, Altair. It almost makes me think twice about getting
a white-dialled Aquatimer in a few months. A lovely watch... :)

I would never have thought, just looking at the bracelet. It suits the watch beautifully! And it looks - somehow the way it's made - very intricate, and very flexible. It must be extremely comfortable!
Great luck there!
Cheers,
Carl

very nice!!! is that a two tone brushed/polished, or all polished, or all brushed? also does the bracelet get fitted just like all the other straps or did you have to change differently being that it is metal. Thank you in advance for your reply

That combination does look very nice Altair. I actually don't think that PAM is terrible either, which is a 1st for me

The unfathomable just happened!!!!
Altair, you have made me actually want a PAM. That looks stunning! If polished up (as D8 the great said) that could become a daily wear for me. Thank goodness they never sell PAMs on steel.

There are plenty of Pams that come with the steel bracelet standard. I think someone might be slowly coming around...
