Like any Breitling, the Colt is a good watch.

Size is a very personal thing however, so I'd just suggest trying it on at an AD - you'll soon know if you are happy with the size or not.

By modern Breitling standards 41mm is quite small, but it's still definitely a good gents size watch. The Omega SMP is 41mm and that rarely looks tiny on anyone's wrist. Having said that, at 7.5" you have reasonable sized wrists, but again it's what you feel used to and/or comfortable with. There's no substitute for trying it on I'm afraid.

Just go to an AD and try one on.

It doesn't matter what anyone on this board or anywhere else thinks.

All that matters is if YOU like it!

Which colour were you thinking of getting? Personally, I like the white dial/blue chronos combination but just get what YOU like.

i thought for the blue dial with silver subs...looks great...i tried it today at the breitling ad.looks o.k...may be a little small because i use to own a super avenger and heritage breitlinggs.but if i will not compare it to other watches and just seeing it
on my wrist ithink i will get use to the size like i saw many big wrists hanging with omega smp witch is the same size.

The colt chrono is an awsome watch! I have a 7.5 wrist too and it looks great on me. I have various different size watches, from 38 mm to the 46 heratage chrono.
Sometimes I want to wear a bigger model and sometimes smaller, it all depends on my mood. Thats the nice part about having more then one watch, the choices....

Also, it does not matter what others think.. its you that matters. Someone will always have a different opinion, thats a matter of fact.. On the flip side, someone will always reassure your intuition... like me... So get that watch!

I've got one of these, got the first one of the dial/colour combination in the UK when they came out in 2001. It does feel on the small side compared to my Navitimer and Emergency but I still really enjoy wearing it. :D
