So, it now transpires that my SO is faulty, after winding and wearing it, it stopped, again.
After parting with a couple of grand I am extremely disappointed, as I love the watch.
So I got on the horn to George, who informed me he'd take care of it as I expected. From the get go dealing with him has been a pleasure, and he said he'd find out what has to be done. I did say to George that I wasnt happy and that I hope it wasnt going to take weeks for it to sort out, and if I had a faulty watch, then really it should be replaced with a new one. In an ideal world, it wouldnt be faulty at all, but I guess 'them's the breaks'!
It'll get sent back to George overnight to day, so Im hoping by the early part of next week I'll have my SO back on my wrist.
For customer service so far, I couldnt recommend George highly enough, and I might add I got my SO a few hundred cheaper than I would have paid for it in England.
