what year did breitling started to make breitling for bentley watches and were any of them initially pvd with a rubber strap? Did it have a see through back? if so could someone send me pictures of them please?

I think 2002..
No PVD
No rubber strap until recently
No see through back except the Mulliner Tourbillon
