Very varied. Rough rule of thumb the more the crystal is domed the higher the cost (thicker blank and more machining) and the thicker the crystal the higher the cost (thicker blank). That said, the variation is huge and seems at times to be calculated with a random number generator. Remember also that if you ask just for a quote on crystal replacement it may be quoted including the service which will be required as the case is compromised.
