Hi there I was thinking of purchasing a Breitling Starliner but I wasnt sold on the blue/pink faces, is there a way to order the steel version with 11 diamond face but in white mother of pearl? Its the version without the diamond set bezel, the cheaper one.

So far in the shops iv been to iv only seen that marine blue/green and pink for this model but the (i think nicer) white face always seems to come with the diamond bezel.

Any feedback is appreciated and good job on the forum its a very nice read :)

I faced a similar problem with my wife's Cockpit Lady - the standard models didn't cut it for her and she wanted a different combination.

Your AD can order a custom watch for you from Breitling made up of any combination of face / case / bracelet or strap that are available for that model. You'll obviously have a fairly lengthy wait but the cost should be no different than a display model (I still got over 20% off on my custom order).

If your AD won't help I can give you details of mine in Toronto - he is more than fair and will ship anywhere.

If You want to see every (nearly every) version available, look on the japanese website, select under fitting. No japanese knowledge necessary, self explaining.

You can order any version from an AD, just a matter of time.

The AD should have a Master Catalogue and associated Price List, a paper format ring binder with every possible combination of Breitling in it. Try to get in between office hours to peruse and your AD should be able to contact Breitling then and there to establish availability, lead times, and prices.

In the UK expect between 4-6 weeks, but some watches can be much, much longer.
