seriously it's not that big a deal. you bought it at an AD, you know it's authentic, that's the important part. for resale value down the line you have all paperworks and sales receipt. human error happens, maybe the sales associate wasn't wearing glasses and filled out the #s wrong.

Thank you for taking the time to contact us and I am sorry to hear that Ernest Jones haven’t filled out your Warranty correctly. I can see that they have misread the Model number from the back of the watch (A17880 instead of A17380).

She also wrote the wrong Ref#, it should be A17360. :lol:
