Is it normal to hear something every time u move ur wrist? Like a ball rolling around sound? Its quiet and im starting to hear it more when i move around? Please explain... i have a 2002 navitimer 13322

It's just the rotor moving in the back of the watch. This is what keeps an automatic watch wound. Normal to feel it moving. If you think it's becoming excessive then maybe a service checkout would be appropriate. A service every 5 years is what's usually recommended anyway.

It's not really "all of a sudden"... You have to start moving youself in order to get the automatic wind-up effect... :D

I especially notice this effect on my larger Breitlings as the CA and SA. If you shake or twist your wrist, there are some significant swirling and rotation afterwards. Really nice.

You have that on all mechanic watches with a "oneway automatic winding system" like the Valjoux 7750. When the rotor turns to wind, You will not feel much, but when it turns the other way (empty), there is hardly any opposition and it swings wide and sometimes quite noisy.

Very common with the Valjoux 7750. It's very reliable, and easy to work on if there is a failure!
