I bought a Colt in February when should I expect to get my Breitling hat? I verified with the AD that the information had been sent...

Just wondering...

My hat arrived in approximately two weeks, really nice and cool, worth waiting for it!

I bought a Breitling last year in the Virgin Islands and walked out of the AD with my hat. I am assuming from the above posts that this is unusual?

When i purchased my Chronomat from my AD they gave me the hat right away. I also got a shirt too. :lingsrock:

Non US purchasers will sometimes get something on the spot from the dealer. US purchases will always receive a gift directly from BUSA.

Each of my buying experiences has been different, despite using the same AD in Boston. My wife purchased my first 'ling (Colt GMT) for my birthday December of '07 - no gift.

Six months later, I bought Colt GMT from the same AD (different location) for my dad as a retirement gift. When he went in to have his bracelet sized, they had him fill out a card for his free gift, and he received a hat about 2 weeks later.

On Tuesday I purchased a Navi World from the same AD, and they handed me a yellow Breitling cleaning cloth on the spot. The Navi had to be ordered, so when it arrives I'll be curious if there will be something for me to fill out that will result in another gift. Otherwise I'll just have to swipe my dad's hat......
