is the only thing thats aftermarket about switching a bezel on a breitling is the actual aftermarket bezel its self or the actual watch?

Aftermarket bezel is just that - someone has taken a (generally) real Breitlijng bezel and drilled it to mount diamonds. It's then mounted onto the genuine watch in place of the factory bezel.

:yeahthat and you can also get aftermarket bezels that are cast or stamped from scratch with diamonds set into them.
