I have a Duograph just like this in the pics. I purchased in 1992. The buttons set the hour hand forward and back to change time to your new time zone (for traveling). The black 24 hour hand stays at your local time. The main calendar moves with main hands and small calendar (near 6 o'clock) stays with local date. Circle by 9 o'clock is day and night (turns black) indicator.

Beautiful watch - seeing it for the first time - Thanks!
But having 2 date Indicators seems like an Overkill. Why would a traveler need 1 date for his local city and another one for the city he is traveling to - When you can never be off by more than 24 hours or 1 day anyways!!
Unless you time travel and THEN you need to remember what date you started out from in the first place!
