I personally can't tell by photos...there are some amazing fakes out there.
Most people hid the serial number if they are worried someone might use it for fakes or to say it's theirs etc etc.

Buy the seller not the watch. The watch is easy to find...buy the seller.

Except there are plenty of sellers with high reputation on Ebay and other places selling fakes.

We will have to agree to respectfully disagree on this one. Someone selling fakes knowingly or unknowingly will not have a "high reputation" for long. The sellers I am thinking of would sooner give away a $400 strap than be caught selling a fake...

Def real. Not uncommon for people to hide serial numbers on public photos.

I have a hard time understanding why so many people buy expensive items from private sellers on Ebay. I'm sure there are good deals there, but I'm equally sure there are less scrupulous people seeking to take advantage of others.

Because if you know what you are looking for and know what you are looking at you pay 50% to 60% off retail sometimes.

No argument from me and just to be clear my comment "buy the seller..." is for Gray Market, eBay, Sellers in Japan you name it. I agree that the cost savings can be just too great not to pass up and there are some amazing sellers out there.

Having said that ALL 4 of my Breitling were bought second hand from exactly those listed above...Gray, eBay and Japan...with zero issues!

The movement shown in the first photo is definitely of a genuine B01. The watch in the other photos also appear to be genuine to me.
