Hi guys
I've just bought this brand new watch for 3 days from a local dealer but I found that the hour hands is always moves 3-4 mins faster than the minutes hand. Which means the hour hand will align to the mark when the minutes hand is still pointing on 56/57 mins.
What the dealer told me is after the warranty has been activated, the watch is no longer be able to return. The only way is send it back to Breitling and wait for 6 weeks to repair. Just wonder is this a factory flaw or defect and is the dealer lying to me?
Thanks

That's p1ss poor service from the AD, they should just swap that watch out for a new one without any question.

I have had 2 faulty Breitling watches from new over the last 3 years and both times they were replaced with a new watch, no question about having to ask for a replacement Ernest Jones just did it.
