I understand COSC accuracy can vary -4 to +6 but my < 1 month old Navitimer runs about 4-5sec fast per day. Is this something Breitling would even fix if I sent it to the AD or will they do nothing since its within the COSC range? Or should I not worry about this at all?

I honestly wouldn't bother with it except that I literally bought a Rolex Sub two weeks after it and it runs exact when I check with the tool watch app.

I wouldn't worry at all, or do anything. As you say, it's within spec - I'd be pleased. Moreover in my experience new Breitlings tend to run a bit fast out of the box and then settle. And there are so many variables which affect timing - e.g. state of wind. You could try leaving it crown-down overnight to slow it down a bit.

I would agree, +5 is not bad and will most likely improve in six months of use. I tend to place my watch in differing positions randomly, that would ensure you remain within one minute accuracy which I find suitable for normal use.
