I visited Andrew Micheals in Newark UK yesterday.I wanted to buy a Navitimer but didn’t know size or movement, spent about 50 minutes and even though I knew about the different movements it didn’t play a part in my choice.I basically tried on a few and fell in love with a blue dial with white sub dial Navitimer 46mm with the B01 movement. This is a very special piece as I have just lost my mum and as I did with my dad I’m going to have the watch engraved. I did this when dad passed away.
Here’s a few pictures of the watch

All the best,
Colin.

Very touching Colin, I find it an excellent idea (having just lost mine as well).

If your wrist allows it, I would go with the 46.

I do regret though that apart from the "wings", the inscription "chronomètre" and "1884" are also gone :( , even though on Breitling's official site the inscriptions are still there. It kinda leaves the dial a bit empty.

I'm heavily bias since I owned a blue dial navi world. I mean, look at that gorgeous blue dial

Great shot! I had a Navi world years ago (white dial on brown leather strap). If I were buying a Navi today. I would probably go with the Navi 41. I'm not sure I'd need the in-house movement.
