My guess is that this is really a lost diamond, Tritium and all.....

Were any quartz references made during the Willy Breitling era? If not, then there are no vintage quartz watches according to the guidelines of this forum, which defines vintage as "typically anything prior to 1980".

Plenty of quartz watches that predate 1980 starting in the 1969 catalog with the Tabarly models.
