Hello!
I have just gotten a "bullet" band for my 1990 Chronomat. It seems to fit very strange. The band doesn't seem to go all the way to the lugs so there is an extra "link" that doesn't bend where it supposed to. So it adds this kind of flat space on each end of the watch before it goes around your wrist. It doesn't look right and I think I may have the wrong connector to the lugs? Has anyone ever had this issue? Or even know what I'm talking about?! Am I crazy? Any help or knowledge much appreciated.

Yup. That's the way mine looks too in that position. so, on mine, the first 2 "links" don't move. they are fixed and until you get to where the attachment to the next link is, they don't move. They're stiff so the band doesn't follow your wrist very well. I think they should start moving right after the lug so it forms around the wrist correctly. I looks like my band is maybe for a larger diameter case?
Does your do the same?
My Chronomat is 39mm

Thanks a lot for your reply man. Appreciate it. And nice watch!

The largest Rouleaux bracelet size is 20mm which is also the size of your Chronomat. If the end of the bracelet between the lugs is too tight maybe try it without the spring bars attached and see if the bracelet moves more freely. Sometimes the wrong spring bars can affect the movement of the bracelet so try thinner and see if that works. If there's still resistance maybe just file a little off the end of the end links to see if that helps. The first couple of links don't move but those two end links should move down a bit.

THANKS! I'll try it among other things. The jeweler I got it from is also sending me different ends that attach to the lugs. We'll see if that helps.

Thanks again
