Hi I found a couple of breitling colt 41 mm model A 73380 with the e at the end of chronometre elevated ? Please let me know If Authentic or not ? Please check out ebay item # 302731181104 thank you.

The e is not aligned / higher than the other letters of the word.

I found quite a few too, including in the model detail listing on this site and some reputable sellers. Could just be a misprint or indicative of something worse, although the one in your photo looks correct.

It does show on the pictures listed as well .... everything appears to be ok inside but this imperfection if you would call it like that bothers me.could breitling design it this way ?could someone clarify ?

Clearly they didn’t, as there are plenty of pictures without it. I'd suggest it is a misprint on a batch of dials. If it bothers you look for another one that doesn’t have it. It is not a rare watch.

This occurred in the first or second model year for this model. It even showed up in the chronolog!

It was fixed on later model years, but I still can't believe this made it past Breitling's quality control. I had one till I traded it in for Chrono SuperOcean a week later (never worn though) and it would have driven me nuts. Occurs on all dial colours.
