Hi,

I need some help here.

My BB keeps stoping, even though I have rewinded it till max. I use it actively every day from morning till evening, but after 2-4 days it stops, always before I wake up. So in my head it seems like it's not winding when I'm using it.

Any suggestions? Have I misunderstood something here...

That sounds like an issue with the automatic winder, it is partially working but nowhere near well enough, service required.
