I am new to this forum. I have had my Breitling watches for a few years now. I started off with a Transocean Chronograph back a few years ago and I added a Navitimer last April. I look forward to reading all of the interesting posts about new and vintage Breitling watches. I am glad the sales representative at Tourneau (before they closed their doors where I live) convinced me that this was one of the finest watches built. I was really unsure what to get after I had given up on my MB which is obviously more of a fashion thing compared to a real time piece like Breitling. I am glad I now have mine. Such a great watch with lots of history!! :lingsrock:

Thanks man. I appreciate your compliment. :D
I truly do enjoy them. They are probably the first well made time pieces that I have ever owned. It's amazing how people will look at them and really be intrigued by their design and their classiness. I hope they last me for a long time.

Great idea on the 1461. I too have a Navitimer and love both. Image

Oh wow very nice! :cheer: It's amazing how the Transocean gets so many compliments. I like it for it's subtle beauty. It is truly in intriguing and I really appreciate the craftsmanship that goes into it. When I first looked into watches of course I wanted to avoid what everyone else had like a Rolex. Those are just not my style and it's personal preference and no offense to those who own one. When I put mine on I fall in love all over again. LOL!!
