Got my Colt 2 back on my wrist 2 days earlier than expected. New to the Breitling family so yes, most of my experiences with the watch will be a first time around the block experience. Mailed out my watch to Florida, an Authorized Center for the Breitling brand. Quoted me 2 weeks turn around as mentioned above got it back 2 days earlier than that was quoted. It came in a cool black Breitling box. When I took it out it had a clear film on it. As I peeled back the film of the case, bracelet, etc it felt like Christmas Eve. Watch run 3 seconds fast still under COSC standards. Am glad I joined the Breitling Family, its nice to see that there are technicians out in the field who will keep my watch running like new. Now I won"t need a watch but may just want another one, these are meant to last.

Did you send it to Swiss Watch Service in Miami? Very professional operation as I have been in their location.

Yes, that's the place. 2nd day air mailed, I offered to pay for it but they said, we will take care of it. It's the small details that make you a returning customer. Very Proffesional transaction from beginning to end.
