Nice catch, congrats .
The label on the caseback means that the watch was in the inventory done after Willy Breitling passed in 1979 . Oldworldjewellers bought a part of this inventory and it is probable that your watch comes from this Oldworldjewellers stock .
Many 7103 have been parted out as donors due to their rare Valjoux 7740 also used in Navitimer 7806 and Pult 7101 in the 2 registers version.

true, but as a newbie in this you find always new watches and i haven't the money to buy all of them!
Also i like wear my watches, but with the sticker its not a good idea.
I have it right now on a nato strap, i think this i a little protection for the sticker.

If you bought it on ebay and you were the high bidder you will get more or less the same amount if you sell it on ebay again ?

No, bought it in an auction in america. Not ebay
I found some watches, but from 1500€ to 2800€ (without the sticker). So i think the price range is very flexible.
