I am trying to resolve an issue concerning the correct size die for the removal of the case back from the Breitling UTC E70176.

I cannot find a correct case back remover for the UTC E70176 (perhaps because of the depth of the case back) or the assumption being made by a seller that 18.8 mm is as good as 19 mm. All online roads lead to this picture of the BRE 11-100 die for my searches. It may fit the A70174 but not my E70176. Not wide enough or deep enough. Breitling support was of no help and told me they only use the removers direct from the factory (period). Of course, deeper-set dies are not sold individually and together with other dies are cost-prohibitive.

Has anyone run into the same issue? Or do you have any suggestions where I may buy one? If so, please respond. Thanks!

You may be able to use the old "carpet tape" trick to remove the caseback - i.e. wrap your hand (or fingers) in carpet tape (or similar) with the sticky side facing out, and then use that to twist the caseback by hand. It often works a treat on many casebacks, plus there's zero chance of caseback damage.

Have you tried the sticky ball case openers like a Horb? I've never had a case back I couldn't get off with my Horb. I don't even bother with my mechanical openers anymore.
