Hi,

This is my first post, so apologies if i am posting in the wrong section.

I have been a big admire of Breitling watches for many years, and now i am close to eventually buying one.

The Navtimer has always been my favourite, however i like the look of the new Super Avenger II (with the 3 chronos).

Is there different screen sizes in the Super Avenger II (apologies i know that is the wrong terminology  )

I am based in Dublin (Ireland), so i am not sure whether i should buy one in Ireland, the UK or New York which i will be visiting soon.

I would also be open to buying a pre-owned.

If anyone has any advice, i would greatly appreciate it, thank you.

Welcome to BreitlingSource.

Breitling models only come in one dial size, but the Avenger II is a 'scaled down' Super Avenger II if you like that look. Navitimers also have different models in different sizes. Just to note that there are not three chromos on the Super Avenger II, three subdial watches have a running (normal) seconds hand in one sub dial, and chrono minutes and chrono hours subdials.

In terms of where to buy, you need to look at what you would have to pay in import duty to bring back into Eire from UK or US and factor that plus exchange rates in - likelihood is that those will offset any difference in discounts.

These are case sizes and yes Breitling do have models with different sizes and some models even come in more than one size such as the 43mm Navitimer 01 and the 46mm Navitimer 46 or the 41 and 44 Chronomats.
Your best bet is to browse through the Breitling web site at www.breitling.com to see what different models are currently available, their sizes, dial colour options and finally retail prices.
