If that is green lume, I like it. Also like the matte dial and black date wheel.

I'm not so big on the dial design though. Would have preferred thicker indices.

sent from my Note 3

My feeling on these blacksteel models is that they would make an interesting piece as part of a larger collection. However, I wouldn't want to wear them everyday and also have concerns about not being able to polish out blemishes because of the coating over metal.

I have it on an OceanRacer with folding clasp, I think the Military is not for use in water.

is that the exact model then ?

Does it come the military strap as standard or can you specify any other type of strap - or did you buy the ocean racer after you got the watch ?

How does the 48mm diameter feel - it certainly looks fine from the picture.

Does it feel quite light then being titanium and thinner case ?

Any other thoughts you can add ?

Seems way too much like a Seawolf to be interesting to me... and I do have a Seawolf... also had a BB, so do have some basis for my opinion. Ironically the size works for me, but don't see enough to make me think I need it.... do like it, just don't love it, or need it.

Yes, the military is the standard strap, I use an Ocean Racer from another watch, I like the rubber and the clasp more than any other strap or bracelet.

The 48 mm case feels very well because it is not thick and the Titanium is very light.

It sits much better than my SA2 and you realy don't feel it, I wear it when I sleep too 8)

I tried this one on the other week at my AD and I really liked.... which is amazing considering it's ti and blacksteel (which are two of my least favourite things in the watch world!)

I believe all black watches are "fad" watches so I am immediately turned away from this. In addition, the design doesn't appeal at all to my eyes. Breitling has been very much hit or miss lately and this is definitely a miss IMO

Thanks for the wristys first I've seen. I think its pretty slick for a military focused blackbird. It almost hits me more of a Colt Blackbird because of its focus. I wouldn't trade my big date for it but I like it.

That is VERY VERY helpful thanks a lot for taking the time to take those photo's ... they certainly provide answers to pretty much all of the questions I had.

Gotta say they have if anything furthered my enthusiasm for this watch ... it looks really nice and I like it a lot.

Next step is having a look at an AD and see how I feel about it then 8)

Ostendorf, how large is your wrist, if you don't mind me asking? Not sure I could get away with the Avenger BB (I'm 17 inches).
