Hello I recently acquired this watch on eBay. I took it to an AD. But the staff there seem uneducated. So I need some expert help. We opened the case back. It's an older prong type caseback. We verified the winding mech indeed a uni directional type which match a breitling cal 13. But the printing on the rotor look cheap. And the luminescent markers and hands no longer glow. The watch came with a warranty card that's blank. And only came with a black zipper cloth case with breitling stitching. I AM attaching some pics. Please help me validate it's authenticity. Thx a million. Oh and the watch only came with a diver band.

It's real, but the bracelet on it in the one photo is not a Breitling one.

Yuk, that looks like a Rolex Jubilee bracelet. The proper bracelet for this watch, then Breitling Pilot, is infinitely better than the Rolex bracelets of that era.

Yes, I did replaced it with a rubber diver. I also own the B2 next to it, and the bracelete on that watch weighted the piece quite a bit. I don't want the same with the blackbird, thats why I swap it with a Breitling Diver band. Getting a Deployment Buckle and Croc. Band soon.
