I bought my galactic 41 from them in dec. 13 . The watch starting giving me problem the 2nd day . I informed them and they denied to exchange it . Took back to them and they sent it to Toronto for service with breitling canada . They took 5-7 weeks and post the watch to la Swiss last Monday . It's Thursday and I keep calling them but la swiss keep denying the possession of watch . Upon asking la swiss told me that the watch is manufactured in March 13 . But breitling canada signalled me that watch is sitting there on the self for years . And it needed service before selling but la swiss did not get the service done .
Means I am totally fed up by la swiss service. They hide the facts and turn their back as soon the customer walks out of their store . Even they are no more AD for breitling . I recommend not to go there .
I still don't know when I'll get my watch back .
Will it be fixed properly of not .
I doubt their transparency too .
No one spent that much of $$$$ to get this sort of s****y service .

Well I've got more bad news for you.....

There's no such thing as Breitling Canada. The service centre on Hayden Street is a company called Watch Service of Canada, the authorised Canadian service centre for Breitling, and it is a subsidiary of a company called Grigoros. Grigoros has the distribution rights for Breitling in Canada and it also owns La Swiss. So the company is arguing with itself.

Grigoros is an awful company that cares nothing about customers, the service guys are pretty good, the sales people in virtually all of the stores are useless - no knowledge, no customer service, etc. I can't honestly say that I am surprised by how they are treating you.

When you get the watch back you can date it yourself and see when the case was made - http://www.breitlingsource.com/articles_dating.shtml, for now I would speak to the service centre and tell them that the store is denying receiving the watch, they are more likely to care than the store.

So how can I now make sure that that the money I've spent is not a mistake ... And how can I track my watch . I called Even both sides la swiss and service canada many times but they never give transparent info .

The watch will have been serviced properly, like I said the service guys are pretty good. I presume you have your copy of the receipt for the service so I would go into the store with that and insist that the store call Hayden Street while you are there. Even better, go downtown and walk into the service centre and have them check with the store while you are there - it's right on the subway and the people are helpful.

Just received my watch but they forgot to send my warranty card that la swiss took with the watch...
Now wait for another two months to get it back
Service ... It's a headache
