I am looking at 2 Models #A4435910-B8-371A and #A4435910-B8-369A. Both are bracelet models and appear the same in pictures to me. Can anyone enlighten me. Thanks.

Brushed versus Polished? It can be hard to tell in pictures sometimes. The Chronolog 08 has them side by side.

Doubt that is it though, the Polished is A4435912/B811 the Satin is A4435910/B811.

Right - these are both brushed finish watches (310s) - it's only the strap code that's different.

369A is the one that I know for the BlackBird, no idea what 371A is.

I just got my new Blackbird and it has the 371A Bracelet. Could be the number for the bracelet with the new raised logo on the clasp?

That makes sense - I think you might be right.
