So are you going to be picking up the sub?

Sometimes crazy things happen, like you may find a diamond randomly in an old parking lot. It may have been there for years, with no laser engraving or any identifying marks to possibly return it to the rightful owner. Some may see this as luck, I see it as "trade that thing along with the ATV cash and go buy that sub!"

So, yes after my new little find, I'm working on getting a new Sub, I'll post a picture or two when I get it!

Thanks Matt, it was definitley a LOT easier to justify once some things fell into place money wise. I'm pretty excited as everyone on the source is when they have something coming in. I'm thinking my three watch rotation (out of about 10 or so that don't get worn anymore) will be pretty stellar.

Edit: Good luck with that Chronomat 44, that is a sweet combo!

Thanks! It took a while for me to get used to the chronomat 44, but once I saw this combo for me it was a must-have.

So it turns out there is no Sub for the Sub... At least for me. I picked mine up yesterday, and I love it. Thanks to everyone for your input and pictures. My wife does not thank you as much

Congrats sco. I get the feeling that this might become the go to for all occasions. It really is a great piece.

You might like it so much that you end up with the LVC too. Hahahaha

Thanks for all the kind words, I appreciate all the guidance this forum provides. So after a little over a week with the Sub, I can say that it really is just an awesome watch. It doesn't come off my wrist until I go to bed at night. It is easily the most comfortable watch / bracelet I have ever worn. I love that this watch just sits so perfectly on my (6.5") wrist. It's tight enough and loose enough at the same time (I think a WIS could understand that). The glidelock clasp is very cool in terms of adjustment, however it is large on my wrist and almost goes across the entire underside. While this isn't really a problem, it is worth noting that it is a large, long clasp. The blue lume is super sharp and lasts all night. One thing that is very cool, is that due to the ceramic bezel, the whole face of the watch is "virtually" scratchproof. This is something I wish my CSO has as my bezel has taken a few hits over the years. Due to the ceramic bezel and platinum inlaid numbers, I expect the Sub to look the same (give or take) in twenty, thirty, forty years from now... I know there are tons of posts and articles about the Sub as it is the most popular luxury watch out there, so I won't go on any further. I just wanted to share my thoughts. If you are on the fence on this one, buy it I don't think you will regret it.
